摘要 Disclosed are a capacitor for diagnosing electric power, which can maintain temperature characteristics of a mica capacitor and solve problems related to capacity limitations, and a manufacturing method thereof. A capacitor structure applied to a high voltage electric power diagnosing sensor, according to the present invention, is characterized in that an insulator is inserted and vacuum-immersed between a sheet, with mica electrodes thermally pressed against both sides thereof, and a ceramic panel with ceramic electrodes thermally pressed against both sides thereof, and at least one capacitor cell, with the mica sheet and the ceramic panel electrically coupled with each other in parallel by using a high purity copper lead panel, is stacked and coupled with one another in parallel. Thus, according to the present invention, temperature characteristics of the mica capacitor are maintained, capacity limitation problems are solved, and manufacturing cost is reduced. Also, according to the present invention, mica and ceramic are stacked on one another to provide a capacitor with a permittivity (εr) of 30, a quality coefficient greater than or equal to 150,000, and a temperature coefficient of 0 ~ 13ppm/°C, such that temperature characteristics are improved, a breakdown voltage is raised, and capacitance is improved.
