PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device and an electronic apparatus that suppress the occurrence of an abnormal condition caused by, for example, a failure of a bias circuit for a bridge circuit.SOLUTION: The circuit device includes: a bridge circuit 10 having a first transistor Q1 disposed between a node of a high potential side power supply VBB and a first node N1, and a second transistor Q2 disposed between the first node N1 and a node of a low potential side power supply VSS; a pre-driver circuit 20 for outputting first and second driving signals DG1, DG2 to first and second gates NG1, NG2 of the first and second transistors Q1, Q2, respectively; a bias circuit 40 for supplying a bias voltage VH as a supply voltage that sets a low level of the first driving signal DG1; and an abnormal condition detection circuit 60 for, on detecting an abnormal condition in which a high voltage is applied between the gate and a source of the first transistor Q1, setting a gate-source voltage of the first transistor Q1 at a voltage lower than the high voltage. |
