PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new palate feeling noodle in which a time of finishing boiling of various noodles can be largely reduced, a taste of a soup and a roux can be easily added, and twisting of the roux is favorable.SOLUTION: A noodle in which two or more noodle rows in which a diameter is &phgr;0.2 mm to &phgr;3 mm are made to intertwine, or a noodle in which a circumference of a noodle has various shapes of a convexoconcave, or a noodle in which a shape of a hollow through hole formed in a longer direction is a circle, a hexagon, a quadrangle and the other polymorphic shapes is extruded by various nozzles for extrusion molding, thereby the noodle in which an external surface area is made large, or a hollow through hole is possessed is produced. |
