PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support creation of a job ticket to be normally operated in a device, when a user creates the job ticket of a job to be processed in the device.SOLUTION: A job ticket management system includes: generation means for generating a sample job ticket by changing information of a predetermined setting item from a job ticket of a job processed by a job processing device; determination means for determining whether or not a job using the sample job ticket is normally processed by the job processing device; a storage means for storing the sample job ticket and a determination result of the sample job ticket by the determination means, in a storage part; and provision means for providing the sample job ticket stored by the storage means in accordance with the determination result of the sample job and a request. |
