<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of accurately measuring the state of a fluid even when a casing is thermally expanded.SOLUTION: A probe 1 comprises: a probe body 2 having a cooling medium circulated inside and extended in the direction of the tip along an axis line O; an energizing part 50 for energizing the probe body 2 in the direction of the tip; and a first positioning part 4 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the probe body 2 and having a first end surface 4A being an end surface facing to the direction of the tip. The outer dimension of the first end surface 4A is larger than that of a portion in the direction of the tip from the first positioning part 4 in the probe body 2.</p> |
