[Problem] To achieve a more compact, lower-cost, wider-angle, improved-performance imaging lens which further ensures back focus. [Solution] In order from the object side, this imaging lens (1) consists of a negative first lens (L1), a positive second lens (L2), a negative third lens (L3), a positive fourth lens (L4), a positive fifth lens (L5) and a negative sixth lens (L6).
