<p>A device for detecting an irregularity in moving body position information, characterized in having: a data acquisition unit for acquiring AIS data which is collected by an AIS reception satellite from a moving body, the data having the date and time of reception, the moving body ID, the moving body latitude and longitude information, and the satellite ID for the AIS reception satellite, and for acquiring a two-line element set (TLE) in which there is a match with the satellite ID of the AIS record and there is a match between the update date and the date section of the date and time of reception; a satellite position calculation unit for using the acquired two-line element set, calculating the three-dimensional position of the AIS reception satellite for the date and time of reception, and calculating the satellite position (p) projected onto a longitude-latitude coordinate system; a distance-between-two-points calculation unit for calculating the horizontal distance (d) between the AIS reception satellite and the position of the moving body based on the AIS; and a determination unit for performing a comparison between the horizontal distance (d) and the horizontal radio wave distance (D) for the AIS and determining that the data is irregular when d > D.</p> |
