A pickup part posture correction device of a tape feeder according to the present invention comprises a carrier tape including multiple pockets for receiving parts and having a cover tape attached on the upper surface; a tape guide separating the cover tape of the carrier tape which is supplied to a moving path by each pitch, and sequentially locating the parts on the front pickup position; and an adsorption unit delivering an adsorption power by an adsorption nozzle formed on the bottom of the pickup position when the parts are located on the pickup position to contact the pocket to the bottom of the pickup position.
