The present invention relates to a device for welding an insulation pin and a method for welding the insulation pin using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the device for welding the insulation pin and the method for welding the insulation pin using the same capable of welding the insulation pins on the accurate positions of a vessel at a constant interval without a separate marking task. The present invention includes a welding device welding the insulation pins on the vessel; a horizontal laser unit emitting laser beams in order to mark the welding positions of the insulation pins in the horizontal direction (A); and a distance adjuster connected to the welding device, installed to be horizontally slid along a distance adjusting rod to set the distance (L) between the insulation pins and enables the insulation pins to be welded on the lower sides of the emitted laser beams in the horizontal direction (A) at the constant distance (L) between the insulation pins by distance marking pieces on the distance adjuster.
