The method involves screwing a spiral (4) of an insulating material holder (1) i.e. spiral retainer (2), completely into an insulating panel (46), and bringing a screw threadless retainer on an outer surface of the insulating panel. Transit screws (106) are anchored into masonry (44) and inserted into a pre-drilled hole (47), where the insulating panel is held at the masonry. The transit screws are centrally fed into the masonry in relation to a diameter of the pre-drilled hole and a large outer diameter of screw threads (36) of the screws and with respect to the pre-drilled hole. An independent claim is also included for a fastening system for attaching an insulating panel to masonry. |
