<p>In order to provide a rail vehicle (1) having at least two wheel sets (2, 3, 4, 5) which can be guided by rails and each have two wheels (6) which are connected by means of a wheel set shaft (7), grounding brushes (8) which are fitted in a fixed position to the rail vehicle (1) and provide an electrical contact with rotatable components of an associated wheel set (2, 3, 4, 5), at least one connecting line (10, 11, 12, 13) which is part of a drive system of the rail vehicle (1) and connects two grounding brushes (8) electrically to one another, and at least one power source (9) in order to ensure a low-impedance connection between wheels and rails, which reduces the contact resistance between wheels of a rail vehicle and the rails in a favourable manner with regard to costs, it is proposed that each energy source (9) be coupled to an associated connecting line (10, 11, 12, 13).</p> |
