<p>An apparatus 1 for storing and dispensing balls comprising a container dimensioned to enclose at least one ball, the container having a first opening 6 for inserting at least one ball in the container and a second opening 9, wherein the container is configured such that a ball when located within the container is biased towards and out of the second opening; a cover in the form of a sleeve 10 moveable relative to the container between a first position wherein the second opening is covered preventing a ball located within the container from being ejected out of the container and a second position wherein the second opening is uncovered; and a means 18 to releasably retain at least one ball within the container which is operable from outside of the container; wherein the cover is configured such that the retaining means does not prevent the movement of the cover between the first position and the second position.</p> |
