摘要 The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for effectively removing bumps of glass fiber existing on the surface by etching of polymers generated in a discharging and painting process of a case, in a material in which the polymers and glass fiber forming the case body are mixed, and a case with improved surface texture by the same. To this end, the present invention solves the task by using an etching solution, which selectively etches glass fiber only except for polymers, and applying a surface treating process for etching the case body. The etching solution is made up of at least one of hydrofluoric acid (HF), ammonium fluoride (NH4F), surfactant containing CH2, and a corrosion inhibitor and ionized water. The etching can be simply performed by a dipping process in which a molding product is dipped in the etching solution, and rubbing the surface with a washing member with which the etching solution is coated. The improvement of the roughness of the surface under 10 micrometers by removing surface bumps of the glass fiber is confirmed by an experiment.
