<p>The present invention relates to a drug loaded nanofiber chip for dental use and a manufacturing method thereof in which nanofibers having an average diameter of 10-1000 nm are entangled in the network form to from a nanofiber chip having a width of 1-20 mm, a height of 1-20 mm, and a thickness of 0.1-5 mm, and a drug is provided in the pores of the nanofiber surface present in the nanofiber chip, wherein the nanofiber is made of a biodegradable polymer material or titanium oxide. The nanofiber chip manufactured, by the present invention, has a very high specific surface area since the diameter of the fibers forming the chip has nano-size, can be easily adhered to wound by having the network (net) structure, can continue the release of the drug contained for a period of time, and can be used for disinfection, antibiotics, etc.</p> |
