<p>Semi-finished material (7) comprises lignocellulosic fibers and thermoplastic fibers. The thermoplastic fibers are formed by absorbing radiation with a frequency of 1 kHz to 300 GHz. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a three-dimensional molded article (11) formed from the semi-finished material, having a bulk density of 300-950 kg/m 3>; and (2) producing the three-dimensional molded article, comprising irradiating the semi-finished material for the purpose of heating with a frequency of 1 kHz to 300 GHz and absorbing the radiation by the semi-finished thermoplastic fibers, and forming the semi-finished material into a three-dimensional product.</p> |
