摘要 <p>The invention relates to a unit for performing working operations, using at least one jet of fluid at cryogenic temperature and at high pressure, such as liquid nitrogen. The unit includes: a source (1) of fluid at cryogenic temperature, fluidly connected to a moving tool (4) comprising one or more fluid-dispensing nozzles (11); and a protective enclosure (20) arranged around the moving tool (4) and fluidly connected to suction means (25), said protective enclosure (20) including a lower open end located on the side of the fluid-dispensing nozzle(s) (11) such as to form a suction bell around the moving tool (4). According to the invention, the unit also comprises heating means (22, 23) suitable for, and designed to produce and transfer heat to at least the lower end of the protective enclosure (20) and along at least part of the periphery of the enclosure (20), said heating means (22, 23) including at least one electric heating device (22) which is arranged around at least part of the protective enclosure (20) and which is open at the lower end of the protective enclosure (20). The invention further relates to a method for performing working operations, using a high-pressure cryogenic fluid, using the unit of the invention.</p>
