Provided are a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a panel assembly, which can suppress a light emitting device from being damaged when forming a fill. The method for manufacturing a panel assembly comprises: a dam material coating process (S23) of coating a sealing plate with a photocurable adhesive as a dame material; a fill material coating process (S24) of coating, with a thermosetting adhesive as a fill material, an area of the sealing plate surrounded by the dam material; a panel attaching process (S32) of bonding a substrate with the sealing plate by attaching the substrate to the sealing plate after the dam material coating process (S23) and the fill material coating process (S24); a dam material hardening process (S33) of hardening the dam material by radiating light to the dam material after the dam material coating process (S23); and a fill material hardening process (S34) of hardening the fill material by heating the fill material after the panel attaching process (S32) and the dam material hardening process (S33). |
