The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring retinal ischemia. A method for measuring retinal ischemia includes a step of emitting light to the eyeground of a testee; a step of receiving light reflected from the eyeground capillary of the testee; a step of checking the oxidation combination of hemoglobin of the eyeground capillary of the testee; a step of calculating oxygen saturation by using the oxidation combination hemoglobin concentration; and a step of checking ischemia by using the oxygen saturation.
