The present invention relates to a healing abutment used during treatment using dental prosthesis and, more specifically, to a healing abutment capable of impression taking without separation of the healing abutment. Provided in the present invention is a healing abutment which comprise a coupling unit including a polygonal inserting protrusion corresponding to a shape of polygonal groove of a fixture planted on the alveolar bone; a lower body integrally formed toward the upper side of the coupling unit and formed in a form having the diameter become shorter upward; a cut surface formed on the both sides of the upper body in a symmetric form; a concave groove formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper body except for the cut surface; and a coupling hole formed to penetrate the coupling unit on the upper body.
