PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tilt a seat back without removal of a headrest even in a narrow space, by virtue of the absence of restrictions imposed on the structure and arrangement of seats. SOLUTION: The headrest 5 is turned to unlock a reclining mechanism 14 of the seat back 4; a center-of-tilt member 7 is shifted to a rear side of a vehicle in synchronization with the motion of reclining the seat back 4 to a front side, in a state in which a height-direction dimension of the headrest 5 is reduced; and the seat back 4 of a rear seat 3 is reclined to the front side in a state in which the headrest 5 does not interfere with a front seat back 6 of a front seat 2.
