The present invention relates to a device for washing a radioactive contamination measurement chamber including an underwater radioactivity measurement device capable of monitoring radioactivity of water in water facilities. The device of the present invention comprises a measurement chamber which measures underwater radioactivity; a washing water supply device including a washing water storage tank storing pure water, a washing water supply valve, a supply pump for supplying washing water to the measurement chamber, and a flow regulator for controlling the flow of washing water; a contaminated water discharge unit for discharging contaminated water to a contaminated water storage tank; and a control unit connected to control operation of the measurement chamber, the washing water supply device, and the contaminated water discharge unit. According to the present invention, safety can be secured when water is used as drinking water or industrial water. Also, accuracy can be improved when radioactivity is measured next time. In addition, the control unit helps to easily recognize completion of washing and prevents washing water from being overused. Therefore, efficient operation becomes possible. Moreover, the flow regulator allows washing water to be more efficiently used and the risk of human exposure to radioactivity is reduced because unattended operation is possible. |
