PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with a static electricity countermeasure which requires neither cutting a peripheral part of a plurality of switching elements nor placing a protection element to the peripheral part. SOLUTION: The electronic device comprises: a plurality of scan lines 14; a plurality of signal lines 12 which intersects with the plurality of scan lines 14; the plurality of switching elements 40 which are arranged as to correspond to intersections 16 of the plurality of scan lines 14 and the plurality of signal lines 12; and a common connection member 10 which is connected with the plurality of scan lines 14 and the plurality of signal lines 12 at outside of a switching element arrangement region 20, having the plurality of switching elements 40 arranged, and is made of a material with a variable resistivity value.
