An airflow generator and a wind power generating system which can maintain stable power generation and easily realize the increase of efficiency are provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow generator comprises a first electrode, a body unit, a power applying unit. A part of the surface of the first electrode is exposed to the same surface of a base body made of insulation materials. The body unit has a second electrode which is included in the base body. The power applying unit generates airflow by applying power between the first electrode and the second electrode. The width of the body unit gets thinner gradually from the center toward both ends thereof. |
