The present invention relates to a sterilizing culturing device comprising: a culturing tank made of corrosion-resistant metal material, wherein water, steam, and air are allowed to be fed in the top and side part thereof and microorganisms strains are cultured after harmful bacteria are sterilized; a manhole which opens and closes the side part of the culturing tank; a lighting unit which is installed in the manhole, irradiates light into the culturing tank, increases a temperature in the culturing tank, is formed in multiple transparent windows equipped at the top of the culturing tank, and cultures strains through photosynthesis; a heating unit which is installed on the side part of the culturing tank, heats fed water and steam, increases a temperature in the culturing tank, sterilizes inhibiting harmful bacteria, maintains a particular temperature after sterilization, and induces the cultivation of microorganisms strains; a cooling unit which is installed at the top and the side part of the culturing unit and decreases a temperature in the culturing tank by the inflow of air; an agitating unit which evenly mixes a subject culturing liquid of the culturing tank with the microorganism strains; and an opening and closing valve unit which selectively adjusting opening or closing for an increase and a decrease in a temperature from water supplying required in a step of sterilizing the inside of the culturing tank and culturing strains and for temperature maintaining from air supplying. The inside of the culturing tank is washed and sterilized before strains are cultured, and an optimal environment for culturing strains is constituted. Moreover, along with an increase in a temperature required for sterilization according to cross-sectional efficiency due to a double wall structure of the culturing tank or with a decrease in a temperature required after sterilization, the efficiency of temperature maintenance required for culturing strains is improved, so that good quality strains can be cultured. |
