The present invention relates to a composition having anti-virus and, more specifically, to a composition including extracts of Reynoutria sachalinensis or compounds isolated from the extract as active ingredients which demonstrates significant treatment effect in the experiment of in vivo treatment effect for in vitro anti-influenza activity and influenza virus infection and, accordingly, is used as pharmaceutical compositions or a health function food for preventing and curing disease caused by influenza.
