The present invention relates to smart recognition tag device. The disclosed smart recognition tag device is configured to record the magnitude of users in the form of projections or engraving to be visible outside, and is mounted with a near field security communications chip performing a security memory function and a communications function, a near field communications antenna, a middle field communications chip, a middle field communications antenna, an emergency power supplier, a temperature measurement sensor, and a heartbeat sensor therein. Also the present invention performs an access control, locking and unlocking, or an emergency signaling by performing a security protocol with at least one or more among a fixed access terminal, a mobile terminal, a small terminal, and a pelvic girdle adhesion buckle type terminal via near field communications or medium range communications.
