PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a biodiesel fuel oil which can be produced using a few tanks without requiring many tanks by solving the problems accompanied with a conventional nonaqueous system. SOLUTION: The method for producing the biodiesel fuel oil includes performing in order the steps of: removing volatile components by heating a material oil under reduced pressure; subjecting the material oil and an alcohol to transesterification in the presence of an alkali catalyst; separating a heavy liquid layer consisting mainly of glycerine from a light liquid layer consisting mainly of fatty acid alkyl ester by gravity separation of a reaction liquid to remove the heavy liquid layer consisting mainly of glycerine; removing alcohols in the light liquid consisting mainly of fatty acid alkyl ester; precipitating and removing insoluble components generated in the light liquid consisting mainly of fatty acid alkyl ester by removing alcohols; bringing the light liquid into contact with an adsorbent having an adsorptivity to the impurities in the light liquid; and removing solid impurities.
