<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of a T-die discharge opening, sufficiently removing a resin block, a resin film or the like adhered to the discharge opening surface in a T-die for manufacturing the sheet-like resin molding and easy in maintenance, and a manufacturing method of a sheet-like resin molding using the cleaning device. <P>SOLUTION: In the cleaning device of the T-die discharge opening, a cutting means 20 cutting the resin flowingly extending from the T-die discharge opening 53 and a wiping means 10 wiping off the resin adhered to the surface of the T-die discharge opening 53 after the cutting are placed on a movable table 1 reciprocating in the horizontal direction along the T-die discharge opening 53. The cutting means 20 has a cutter 25 cutting the resin, and a lifting means 215 vertically moving the cutter 25. The wiping means 10 has a resin wiper 13 applied to the T-die discharge opening 53, a lifting means 135 vertically moving the resin wiper 13, and a scraper 15 removing the wiped resin adhered to the resin wiper 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
