PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption film excellent in tack strength and air permeability. SOLUTION: There is provided an adsorption film which is formed by laminating a porous sheet 3 and an adhesive layer 2 made of a hot-melt adhesive, wherein adhesive power of the adhesive layer 2 measured by an adhesive power test with respect to stainless steel is 0.8 N/25 mm or more and air permeability is 5 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>x second or more, provided that the adhesive power test with respect to stainless steel is performed based on 180°peeling off method stipulated at JIS Z0237 and air permeability is settled by measurement by a Frazier method stipulated at JIS L1096.
