PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can make favorable a working environment for removing an adhering material adhering to a surface of a metal member forming a construction or a vehicle. SOLUTION: An abrasive material 1 is sprayed to the surface of the metal member forming the construction or the vehicle to remove the adhering material adhering to the surface of the metal member.
