PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet head capable of reducing the noise based on the supply of fire extinguishing gas, and to provide a gas fire extinguishing system equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The jet head 41 is connected to a nozzle 31 for supplying the fire extinguishing gas into a target chamber to jet the fire extinguishing gas flowing through the nozzle 31 and includes: a chamber 44 having the jet port 47 communicating with the outflow port of the nozzle 31 and opened toward the target chamber; and a damper mechanism 51 for damping the pressure fluctuation in the chamber 44.
