摘要 Disclosed is a method for centrifugal separation which can centrifuge an object to be processed more simply and quickly. The method for centrifugal separation to centrifuge a target component from the object to be processed by centrifugal separation comprises: a step for storing the object to be processed inside a syringe in order for air space to be formed inside the syringe; a step for connecting a separation chamber which can change the volume to a nozzle of the syringe; a step for interlayer-separating the object to be processed into a first specific component, a boundary layer and a second specific component; a step for moving the boundary layer to the nozzle by mutually changing the volume of the syringe and the volume of the separation chamber; a step for spatially separating the first specific component and the boundary layer arranged in the separation chamber from the nozzle by using the air space; a step for separating the separation chamber where the first specific component is accommodated from the syringe; a step for performing second centrifugal separation of the second specific component and the boundary layer remaining in the syringe; and a step for discharging the second specific component arranged on the side of the nozzle by the second centrifugal separation through the nozzle.
