The preset invention relates to a power lock. A wedge unit (121) of an inner race (120) is inserted to a hollow space (111) of an outer race (110). A bolt (130) is combined to a combining hole (112) of the outer race (110) through a bolt hole (126) formed on a flange unit (125) of the inner race (120). An undercut unit (127) is formed at a place where the flange unit (125) is connected to the wedge unit (121) in the inner race (120).
