The present invention relates to a method for improving a foreign material signal image through multiple image combination and, more particularly, to a method for improving a foreign material signal image through multiple image combination, capable of easily detecting a foreign material of low density which is hard to be detected through the multiple image combination in comparison with the existing method. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a target object is inspected by using an X-ray inspecting device composed of two X-ray tubes and two detectors. The present invention relates to the method for improving the foreign material signal image through the multiple image combination which is useful for a target material with safety which is important like food by detecting nonmetallic foreign materials with low density like glass, rubber, and ceramic by the X-ray inspecting device. |
