The present invention relates to a single port troca for a laparoscopic surgery. The single port troca for a laparoscopic surgery of the present invention comprises the following parts: a tube body (10) which is made of flexible material, has a spatial part (12) formed therein, has a one side opening unit (11) formed at one end in order to correspond to a human body hole of a surgery subject, which includes branched parts (13) formed on the other side and which are produced by dividing the spatial unit (12) into multiple paths, and which includes an other side opening unit (14) formed at the end of each of the branched parts (13); and a sealing and fastening means (40) which is formed on the other side opening unit (14) and seals the other side opening unit (14) by fastening the branched parts (13) while a tool is inserted in the other side opening unit (14). By means of the present invention, the limitation of inlets and outlets of existing surgery tools is overcome, so that surgery tools of various sizes and shapes can be freely inserted and surgery loaded material can be easily discharged. Also, collision and interference between a surgery tool and a surgery tool inlet and outlet unit can be minimized. More particularly, a tube body is made of flexible material having elasticity, and multiple other side opening units for inserting several sorts of tools are formed. In the other side opening unit, instead of a guide port or an existing rigid material tool, the sealing and fastening means is equipped to seal the other side opening unit by fastening the branched parts while a tool is inserted in the other side opening part. The surgery tool is fastened from the outside in order to adhere to the surgery tool so as to be sealed, so that interference and collision in an insertion part of the surgery tool can be minimized. |
