The present invention relates to a heatsink which forms a heat radiation pin between an upper plate and a lower plate to have thickness of the heat radiation pin adjacent to a plate including a high temperature heat source to be thinner than the thickness of a heat radiation pin adjacent to an opposite plate to effectively emit heat generated from a power semiconductor in a solar light inverter. The heatsink of the present invention is characterized by comprising an upper plates; a heat radiation pin connected with the upper plates in a right angle; and a lower plates connected with the heat radiation pin in a right angle, wherein any one of the upper plates or the lower plates includes a high temperature heat source and thickness of one terminal adjacent to the plates including the high temperature heat source is thinner than thickness of the other terminal. |
