Disclosed is a door hinge assembly for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door hinge assembly for a vehicle comprises a hinge bracket mounted on a pillar of a vehicle; and a door bracket hinged to the hinge bracket by a hinge pin and engaged with a door. The hinge bracket, the door bracket, and the hinge pin are made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic materials. The hinge pin is supported in the door bracket in an axial direction with bolts engaged with mounting holes at both ends while a hinge ring is engaged with both longitudinal sides of the hinge pin, corresponding to hinge holes on the hinge bracket and the door bracket in a longitudinal direction. |
