Disclosed is a device for automatically controlling the seeding speed of a seeding machine for a tractor. The device proportionally controls a seeding motor of a seeding unit by rotational force of an axis of a tractor wheel. The device includes: a wheel rotation counting unit which counts the number of rotations of the axis of the tractor wheel; and a seeding speed controller which receives signals for data of the number of rotations of the wheel axis from the wheel rotation counting unit and transmits controlling signals for controlling proportionally the rotation speed of the seeding motor based on the received data to the seeding motor.
