Provided are a compound for an organic electronic device, the organic electronic device using the same, and an electronic apparatus thereof. The organic electronic device of the present invention comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic matter layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the compound is contained in an organic matter layer. By using the compound according to the present invention, high light emitting efficiency, low driving voltage, and high thermal resistance of the device can be achieved, and color purity and lifespan of the device can be significantly improved.
