SYSTEM FOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF LOCATION INFORMATION, AND METHOD OF MAKING USER LIST IN RTLS

Provided is a method capable of improving a processing speed and efficiency by assigning a single file for each individual generated for each time period in storing and managing location information of each individual, properly responding to a manager′s request such as making of a list of actual users, and distinguishing and determining whether a person is an actual user of a specific thing. Also, provided is a system for managing and operating location information in a real-time locating system (RTLS), which can extract a list of actual users of each time period or perform various application functions such as displaying and recording a location of use and a movement history. The system of the present invention comprises one or more transmitting units which are provided in at least one individual such as a person or a thing and sends a wireless signal including a unique identification number; a receiving unit which receives the wireless signal sent by the transmitting unit and transfers reception-related information; a location engine which collects the reception-related information and determines a location of the transmitting unit during each time period; a database unit which assigns a single file for each individual generated during each time period by classifying the location information of the transmitting unit during each time period based on each individual corresponding to the unique identification number and stores the same; and an application server which displays required information among location information of each individual stored in the database unit on a screen or provides the manager with a user environment and service.
