PURPOSE: A method for preparing cells and a fat soluble material from a cell culture solution is provided to enhance fat solution material content in the cultured cells and to produce the cell and fat soluble materials by selectively concentrating the cultured cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cells and a fat soluble material through cell culture comprises: a step of culturing cells containing the fat soluble materials; a step of enhancing the content of the fat soluble material in the cells and changing cells to easily penetrate a fat soluble material-extracting solvent into the cells; a step of contacting cells with the solvent; a step of dissolving the fat soluble material by the solvent; a step of sorting the cells in which fat soluble material is dissolved from the mixture solution; a step of fractioning the remaining mixture solution into the fat soluble material solution and water; and a step of collecting the sorted cells and fractioned fat soluble material solution. A system for applying the method comprises a culture device(10), a solvent device(20), a mixing device(30), a sorting device(40), a fractionation device(50), a cell receiving device(60), and a fat-soluble material solvent receiving device(70). |
