The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for anti-aging and whitening which comprises a fermented extract gained by inoculating monascus into argan seed, rape seed, mango seed or a mixture thereof and fermenting the same. The fermented extract according to the present invention presents excellent performance as a cosmetic composition of anti-aging and whitening by displaying effects of antioxidative activity, restraining collagen decomposition, promoting synthesis, etc. by containing an effective component of natural argan seed, rape seed, or mango seed in large quantity. |
