Disclosed is a method for preparing pills using palm tree fruits, the method comprising: a first process of selecting palm tree fruits; a second process of separating flesh from seed of the selected palm tree and drying; a third process of crushing the dried seed with a crusher; a fourth process of mixing 30-40 parts by weight of crushed palm tree seed powder and 60-70 parts by weight of palm tree flesh to prepare an extract; a fifth process of crushing the dried palm tree flesh to prepare a palm tree powder; and a sixth process of mixing and kneading the extract and palm tree powder to prepare pills. The pills of the present invention is prepared by using palm tree fruits, thereby being easy to carry and instantly take for simple consumption, presenting various effects of palm tree fruits such as mitigating skin disease, back pain and slipped disk, preventing arthritis and hypertension, mitigating renal function, improving digestion and colic treatment, mitigating joint pain and bone regeneration, etc., and facilitating consumption by taking the pill as it is, or inputting and boiling the extract in a tea kettle. |
