The present invention provides a light emitting module of a remote controller for remote control of an electronic device and a portable terminal having the same, capable of improving a structure to convert a progress direction of a signal beam outputted from a light emitting element, while applying the light emitting module of the remote controller to the portable terminal such as a smartphone to allow a user to use a remote control function in an ergonomically convenient state. The present invention provides the light emitting module of the remote controller comprising the light emitting element for generating the signal beam; and an optical system for converting the progress direction of the signal beam outputted from the light emitting element. Meanwhile, the present invention provides, according to another embodiment, the portable terminal having a structure of converting the progress direction of the signal beam for the remote control upwards or downwards according to an output type of the signal beam by including the light emitting module of the remote controller with the structure. |
