Disclosed is an arrangement for isolated current measurement on an electric conductor, said arrangement comprising a measurement member that includes a through-hole for passage of the electric conductor and a magnetostrictive material, further comprising a measurement device that is connected to the measurement member and is designed to generate a signal which is a measure of a magnetostrictive size variation of the material.
