The present invention relates to an air cushion manufacturing apparatus which comprises an extrusion molding part having a hopper, a thermal processing part, and an extruder provided with a resin composition soften by a thermal process of the thermal processing part to extrude a pipe-shaped tube having a hollow; and a compression molding part arranged at the lower part of the extrusion molding part, and having a compression press and an air injection part, to enable an air cushion to be molded while not passing an extra connection passage molding process during manufacturing the air cushion to make the manufacturing process simpler, and the air cushion manufactured by the same has an air ball and a cushion part blocked by a joint part (4) to maintain air filled inside the air ball to be sealed to provide an excellent effect of impact protection. |
