摘要 PURPOSE: A skip-floor method using an improved semi-concrete filled tube (CFT) column is provided to reduce construction periods by combining works after a slab of a roof floor is firstly constructed and after a facility is installed on the roof floor. CONSTITUTION: A skip-floor method using an improved semi-CFT column comprises as follows. Foundation concrete is placed (1). The improved semi-CFT columns bent once of the height of two floors is installed on a first floor with two improved semi-CFT column (2). A beam bracket of the improved semi-CFT column installed on the first floor is connected to a beam steel frame (3). The beam bracket of the improved semi-CFT column installed on a second floor is connected to the beam steel frame (4). A deck plate is mounted on the upper part of the upper flange of the beam (5). Slab concrete is placed on the upper part of the deck plate. The slab concrete is simultaneously placed in the columns of the first and second floors which are in the space between the beam bracket and the upper end of a steel plate without installing additional diaphragms in the steel plate (6). Steps number two through five are repeated (7). A facility is installed on the roof floor after concrete of a top roof floor is placed and cured (8).
