The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device which can have a bezel area reduced by reducing an area of a guide panel of a prior device. The liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal panel which displays images; a light source part which supplies light to the liquid display panel; a light guide plate which converts light from the light source part to planar light; a cover bottom which includes a bottom part and side wall parts, which are extended from an edge part of the bottom part to the upper side, so as to accommodate the light source and the light guide plate; and a supporting member which covers an outer side of the cover bottom and is extended to an inner side of the cover bottom along the upper part of the light guide plate to support the liquid crystal display panel.
