The present invention relates to a method for producing thin film-type kelp and to thin film-type kelp produced using the same, wherein a processed food using kelp as a main ingredient can be produced so that kelp, which is beneficial to health, can be easily consumed. The method of the present invention comprises: a raw ingredient feeding step of feeding non-treated kelp; a dipping and washing step of dipping the fed kelp in a washing liquid for a particular period of time so that a foreign material on the surface thereof is removed; a molding and drying step of molding the washed kelp into a particular shape and drying the same in a drying chamber; a thin film slicing step of slicing the dried kelp into thin film pieces having veining in a direction in a cut direction using a seaweed thin film treating device; a film rolling step of making the wide surface of the kelp slice contact a drum in order to be rolled; an aging and treating step of aging the rolled kelp slice for a particular period of time in an aging chamber; and a cutting and packing step of cutting and packing the aged kelp slice in a customizable size. |
