at least one computing device; at least one manufacturing device for making at least one of a frozen piercing implement, frozen particle composition, or frozen piercing implement device from an incoming fluid and at least one of an adhesive, therapeutic agent, or reinforcement agent; and one or more instructions that when executed on the computing device cause the computing device to regulate making of the at least one of a frozen piercing implement, frozen particle composition, or frozen piercing implement device from the incoming fluid and at least one of an adhesive, therapeutic agent, or reinforcement agent with the at least one manufacturing device.
